Subcommittee Books
The Subcommittee Books provide a detailed summary of changes in the Governor's proposed budget for each agency by fiscal year. The first few pages list major proposed budgetary changes in the Governor's budget and provides a description of those changes and analysis by Legislative Finance Division staff. Each agency's book includes budget reports that compare the Governor's budget proposal to previous year's budgets.
